CBRE - 685 Third Avenue Showroom
Project Overview
This real estate mogul needed an impressive, unique, and user-friendly tool to assist their brokers in showing properties at 685 Third Avenue in Manhattan, NY. The CBRE team wanted to create a digital showcase to promote the commercial spaces within the building without doing a full buildout of a floor to showcase what potential company’s spaces could look like. The sales team would ultimately tour the common spaces of the building and take the prospects to their showroom floor to visualize the building’s amenities, open floor plans and renderings to represent a final build. This tool needed to really encapsulate the potential of the space and highlight all options that future tenants could take advantage of to sell the space.
ICX installed a 3x3 Video Wall configuration with ultra-thin bezels to create a fully immersive and digital wall to showcase their venue. our team designed and installed a custom IR frame to surround the video wall enclosure to create a massive touch screen application to transform their leasing center into a live size tool to show their space. With it’s magnitude and sleek design, CIX was able to create a visually stimulating and effective solution to lease space while allowing the creative and availabilities to update regularly.
