ICX has extensive experience with executing deployments of these systems all over the world. Our team has the relationships, logistical partnerships and operational management to ensure these systems are fully procured, installed, tested and configured for success.
CONTENT OPERATIONS.
Once any installation is complete, modifications to the customer experience and new, fresh content is required to keep the consumer engaged each time they visit your location. Our team has the skillset and experience to manage content distribution to our connected screens anywhere in the world from a central distribution center.
INSTALLATIONS.
ICX has installation partners that are trained and certified to handle all types of technological installations to ensure these experiences are functional and configured to last. Our team handles all of the pre-installation configurations and setup with the local contractors and install teams and provides remote support throughout.
CALL CENTERS.
ICX provides call center support for solutions that are deployed and installed by our team. We have the capabilities to be a call center for any issues that arise in the field and can even handle remote monitoring of these systems to proactively detect and resolve issues from our center. Our team will work with the location to resolve any issues that that arise.
ONGOING DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
We also provide ongoing support for any application or system integration that we provide for your team. This will be there to help and monitor any bugs within the program or provide ongoing services for updates, advancements and additional integrations.
